The questions people ask
What counts as an operation?
One thing done on your website: reading a list of pages, reading one page, writing a draft, changing one page's SEO fields. Being refused does not count — you are never charged for being told no.
Does one licence cover all my websites?
Standard covers one website. Pro and Agency cover more; the exact number is on each plan. A website is a domain, and moving a licence between your own domains is fine.
Do I pay for ChatGPT or Claude separately?
Yes. You connect your own ChatGPT or Claude account, and whatever you pay them is between you and them. STARICON never resells AI access and never sees your conversations.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep working until the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is deleted from your website — everything STARICON wrote is on your own site, and it stays there.
Can I get my money back?
Write to us and we will sort it out. We would rather refund someone than argue with them.
